Chapter Nine
Remembering to Invoke Presence
“When invoking presence, take advantage of momentum by adding to it; maintain the momentum of invocation.” (page 32)
In the previous chapter, Chapter 8, Momentum of Invocation; The Universal Traveling Junk Shop, E.J. Gold discusses how to use our own sleep manifestations as a tool for remembering to invoke our own presence.
As time proceeds and as we continue to work on our self some of those manifestations will become less powerful. In the course of that work on our Self, to Invoke Presence, we have created a channel of invocation. We can “get to it” more readily, because we have found our way there.
Now then, in Chapter 9, E.J. talks about doubling your bet. Not only can we sense our potential for invocation and actually produce invocation, but we can build on that invoked presence. When you have invoked your presence, then focus on keeping the process alive and well.
Sometimes the presence of others might help you create momentum toward a more continual state of presence. We shall see.
