As an introduction to this phase of the work with the ABD, I encourage you to read chapter 24 of the Practical Work on Self by E.J. Gold.
Here is the exercise. If you are willing post a design of how you would design that period of time last left to you. It may be how you would like your funeral or memorial to be carried out. Or, you may want to ‘design’ the room of your passing, along with its environment. What colors will be there, who will be around you, what music is playing, what are you reading, or what is being read to you?
Will you sing a song of glory and victory? Will you precipitate an environment of profound Stillness and Silence?
How to proceed? You may make a post here, or you may send me a your text (and images if wanted) and I will upload it to “your page.” You may use your name or initials or a code. You will also be able to modify that text by sending me modifications.
So, design away. Each design will help everyone else think a fresh about this event called death.
